About the Role Our HR team is small and mighty, we work hard to support the organisation in all people related matters, and we have some fun along the way!
We work closely together to achieve the best outcomes in any scenario, and you will never be far from some peer support no matter what the issue of the day is!
Key Responsibilities: Being an initial point of contact for HR queries and liaison with Managers to ensure they are well-supported Management of our recruitment and on-boarding and exit processes Maintenance of best HR practice, our policies, processes and compliance with employment legislation Proactively develop our HR people systems and reporting Supporting a variety of HR/ER matters and escalating where necessary Involvement in supporting projects and other key pieces of work across the team Working across the full employment lifecycle to support Managers as required About You You may have some existing HR experience and want to try something new.
You may have a passion for working in a not-for-profit environment, where we all share a desire to make a difference when we come to work.
You may be ready for your first steps into HR Advisory work and looking for the ability to grow and learn.
