HR Coordinator  HR Coordination opportunity to grow and develop your career in Human Resources. Support a large not-for-profit organisation, growing HR team and commitment to the people we support! 12 Month Fixed term Parental leave cover, based in Wellington. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in HR and the drive to absorb as much knowledge as possible for their professional development and growth while working for an organisation focused on making a difference for New Zealanders with intellectual disabilities.
Mo te tunga | About the role We are looking for a driven HR Coordinator  to help support our large nationwide not-for-profit organisation's smooth and efficient delivery of HR practices. You will be involved in various HR coordination/administration activities with a new HR Information system to be implemented next year.
Activities will include, responding to queries from managers, driving business process workflows and various projects. You will work collaboratively with the team and staff at all levels and bring your ideas forward.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an enthusiastic team and an HR Team Leader dedicated to fostering career growth, providing learning and development opportunities and sharing knowledge.
Nga pumanawatanga ou | What you will bring Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build and maintain relationships in multilocation environments. Strong administration skills and writing capability. Strong Computer literacy with experience using MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. A 'can-do' attitude and the willingness to learn an HR function of a large nationwide organisation. Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business, and/or relevant work experience.
