As an HR Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring that all employment documentation is processed accurately and efficiently. You will manage HR queries through our people inbox, leveraging established macros and procedures to deliver consistent and professional responses. Your role is crucial in maintaining trust in UP Education's HR Operations service.What you'll do:Prepare, review, and process employment documentation within a 48-hour SLA.Support the Talent Acquisition team with contract generation when needed.Ensure all HR documentation complies with approved templates.Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers, using pre-approved macros and templates for consistent and accurate communication.Escalate queries as necessary while maintaining oversight of their resolution.Follow established procedures to deliver high-quality HR services.Maintain confidentiality and data privacy.Assist with internal audits to ensure compliance.Work closely with the broader HR team on various projects and initiatives, proactively suggesting improvements to existing processes and documentation templates.What you bring:Ideally, you will have at least three years of professional HR coordination experience and a strong working knowledge of HRIS systems, with a preference for experience using BambooHR. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to produce accurate and high-quality documentation. A strong technical proficiency with HR systems, email management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.You'll be equipped with excellent organisational skills, efficiently managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and prioritising workloads. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, enabling the drafting of professional responses using pre-set templates.
