Unlock your potential in this HR Coordinator role! Based in Auckland and reporting to the HR Business Partner, your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our HR function operates smoothly and effectively. You will assist with building a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment for all our employees.
You'll be the backbone of our team and the cornerstone of our people-related activities, providing a high level of HR coordination to the HR team and managers in the Auckland region. Our core values will guide your every action.
Your daily routine will involve executing tasks set by your manager while proactively fostering a thriving people culture within our organisation.
In addition to the above you will:
Overseeing transfers and change of position and remuneration processes
Producing employee documentation and supporting union-related matters
Generating reports and managing information systems

We're looking for someone with:
A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a Diploma in HR Management or a Bachelor of Commerce
A minimum of two years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on Employment Relations, union environments, or HR administration
Competent in IT systems e.g. HR systems, Microsoft suite
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Creating, Connecting and caring for the community
