We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to lead our Human Resources department.
This role is crucial in shaping our company culture, driving strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and partner with senior management to address HR priorities.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee recruitment processes, ensure effective onboarding, and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, support managers in reviews, and address performance gaps and development needs.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture, resolve employee conflicts, and implement engagement initiatives.
Training and Development: Assess training needs, develop and deliver programs, and support career development and succession planning.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive pay structures, manage employee benefits, and ensure cost-effective administration.
Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment laws, update HR policies, and manage employee records.
HR Analytics and Reporting: Track HR metrics, prepare regular reports, and use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
