You'll also work across the organisation being a voice and advocate for our employees.
In this role, you'll be reporting to the P&C Operations Lead and work closely with the P&C Business Partners and the wider Ballance team.
ABOUT YOU Working as an essential part of our People & Capability team, you will need to be able to make an impact quickly in this fixed term role.
You don't need to be an expert to start with us as we are committed to providing full training.
Ideally, you would have had some form of exposure to HR (via study or work experience) and know what it means to give exceptional service.
