Job Description Key Responsibilities: Map all existing People & Culture processes and workflows. Collaborate with team members to review and revise current documentation. Design and develop user-friendly, clear, and well-structured SOPs, guides, and checklists. Ensure all documentation is digital, easily accessible, and easy to update. Work closely with the team to align processes with best practices and business objectives. Provide recommendations for continuous process improvements. The Successful Applicant About You:
Looking for a HR process analyst, HR operations or Org Dev practitioner with experience in either professional services or IT services. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
Proven Experience: Extensive experience in process mapping, design, and documentation. Attention to Detail: High degree of proficiency and precision in creating clear and concise documentation. Process-Driven: Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and user experience. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a patient and collaborative approach to working with teams. Key Requirements: Strong experience in process mapping, analysis, and design. Proficiency in creating user-friendly documentation such as manuals, guides, and checklists. Experience in using digital tools to create and store documentation for easy updates. Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders to gather insights and improve processes. Prior experience in HR-related processes or systems is a plus. What's on Offer Why Join?
