Your new role This is a brand-new role and an exciting opportunity to be a HR Business Partner in a company that has ambitious plans to build on their success to date.
They are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is progressive, engaging and who has the drive to develop, as you will be involved in all aspects of Recruitment and HR across the UK, with exposure to international teams too.
You will be a fundamental member of the team to ensure they deliver a positive culture that represents the business and their values.
This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in all areas of HR, Recruitment and Office management to effectively support the organisation.
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic HR agenda while providing comprehensive HR support to designated business units.
Working closely with senior leadership and line managers, you will act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and expertise on a wide range of HR matters.
This is a varied, autonomous role that offers hybrid working (3 days office vs 2 days WFH) and an opportunity to occasionally travel internationally for work (3-4 times/year).
Working hours: / week with flexibility around start/finish times to suit you.
What you'll need to succeed This position will suit someone with experience as a Senior HR/People Advisor or Business Partner/Manager.
You must be an influential person who can build lasting relationships and who has integrity, resilience and great attention to detail with the ability to prioritise work effectively.
A CIPD qualification is required and you should be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an analytical mindset who is able to interpret HR data and metrics.

You will receive a salary between £40,000-£45,000 (DOE), 25 days holiday + BH's (increasing to 27/30 after 3/5 years), flexible (hybrid) working as above, great L&D opportunities to support your progression, an attractive bonus, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, company sick pay, pension, social events, cycle to work scheme and free parking.
