You will be part of a well-respected HR team in a leading NZ business based in Penrose.
What you'll be doing
Your role is to support business success through the provision of well- considered HR advice. You'll be providing support and coaching across the full remit of HR activities which will include employee relations and working with the union. You'll be part of a team, with the opportunity to get involved in projects, whilst also having access to a larger HR population to support your growth and development.
What you'll bring
A down to earth and hardworking approach, you'll have experience across the breadth of HR activities. You'll have a solid background of working through ER issues and feel comfortable pushing back when needed. You'll have a curious approach, always seeking to understand, gaining the right information in order to provide the best solutions. You'll have a strength in building relationships and be able to adapt your style to work with people from all walks of life. You will be able to work with senior leaders and have strong commercial aptitude, combining the best practice with what is pragmatic will be one of your strengths.
