You'll also lead the delivery and implementation of organisationaldevelopment initiatives. Workingtogether, you will provide support to leaders from the Mighty Waikato throughto the Southern tip of Te Wai Pounamu. Connecting with kaimahi both in personand remotely will come naturally to you as you work with stakeholders.You will be proactive, changeorientated and have a positive, forward-thinking approach.
