Qualifications for HR Assistant: Prior experience in an HR function to support the senior manager.
Bachelor's degree in human resources.
Proficiency with human resource information systems and other relevant software including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships with employees, management, and external parties.
High level of accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.
Responsibilities for HR Assistant: Assist in the recruitment process including job posting and screening resumes.
Provide end-to-end talent acquisition support.
Lead quality generalist processes including recruitment, performance, and remuneration management.
