Hoburne Group are looking for a HR Apprentice (Level 3 CIPD) to join their team.

The apprentice will be required to attend The Bournemouth and Poole College remotely one day a week.
Throughout the 18-24 month apprenticeship, you will complete coursework and an End-Point Assessment (EPA).
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a professional demeanour, and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
You should also have a passion for continuously improving our processes.
In this role, you will handle daily queries and participate in various HR processes while gaining the knowledge needed to provide HR advice and support to the business.
This is an apprenticeship role, full time, working Monday – Friday; office hours are 8.30am – 5pm.
Parking available at Group Support, which is based in Christchurch.
Candidates must have grades A-C/4+ or equivalent in English and Maths.
