Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time We are on a journey to a more systems-supported HR ecosystem but need your immediate help in setting up HR assets such as policies, SOPs, revised Job Descriptions, and various templates.
Alongside this, there is a need for you to work alongside the HR Business Partner to document day-to-day HR queries manually until the IT HR systems are embedded.
This permanent role is a great opportunity for someone collaborative who is highly driven by accuracy and managing HR and training improvement processes.
The IT systems will be built out, but for future needs, you will be HR platform savvy, have a handle on HR reporting, and experience in coordinating training, year-end reviews, and other standard HR processes.
Purpose of Role The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing HR and training processes manually until the crossover to electronic systems.
You will lead in the triaging of HR inboxes, dealing with low-level queries, and support the HR team with prompt and accurate HR documentation.
You will liaise with payroll and, in time, coordinate recruitment and onboarding.
Key Performance Indicators Successful performance in this role will be indicated by: Completion, accuracy, and security of personnel data within SharePoint Feedback from HR team / payroll / ACC regarding accuracy and timeliness of HR documentation Culturally appropriate interactions with employees (kaimahi) Ability to organize logistics for training and other HR events Speed of response meets SLA for recruitment, onboarding, and other HR queries Ability to use HR IT systems once implemented Qualifications and Experience Pre-requisites At least 2-3 years working in an HR coordinator role and supporting other HR professionals Sound experience with using HR / Training IT systems Proven ability to recruit and onboard new employees Understanding of current NZ employment legislation (ideally at a tertiary level) High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ideally SharePoint and Monday Maintains confidentiality with personnel data Demonstrates knowledge and commitment to Te Ao Maori; fluency in Te Reo is an advantage but if not, must have a willingness to learn Demonstrates commitment to ongoing learning and growth A proven ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy Strong communication and internal and external stakeholder management skills Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
