About the role:
In this integral role, you will receive and triage all HR enquiries from internal and external customers, supporting stakeholders with seamless, consistent advice. You will play a crucial part in maintaining trust in UP Education's HR Operations service.
Act as a first point of contact in the HR Support Hub service (HR Inbox).
Manage and monitor overall HR Support Hub queries (Zendesk)
Provide effective and efficient Tier 1 HR Support Hub service delivery
Organise and prioritise high volume transactional queries within the wider HR Operations team.
Assist with preparation of employee-related documentation and maintenance of employee records, including regular audits
Administer the Employee Referral Scheme
Utilise first hand customer information and track emerging trends to use for improvement in our services
Work with the Head of HR Operations to employ processes/procedures that contribute to the effectiveness of the HR Support Hub
Collaborate with Zendesk support on system capability and enhancements
About you:
Tertiary qualification preferably in human resources management
At least 3 – 5 years professional HR coordination experience.
Working experience with an HRIS system.
An understanding of the general principles of employment relations, employment legislation, and privacy
Ability to be flexible and to quickly adapt to changing demands
Enquiring mind pursuing continuous improvement
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and good organizer; Ability to effectively multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
