Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist in employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work atmosphere. Stay up-to-date with employment legislation, ensuring compliance in all HR activities. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Manage HRIS (Workday), reporting, and keep employee data up-to-date. Support the HRBP with HR related initiatives What You'll Bring: HR Experience: 1-2 years in HR Coordinator or Advisory roles. Autonomous & Resilient: Thrive under pressure and tight deadlines. ER Savvy: Moderate knowledge and skills in Employee Relations. Influencer: Ability to coach and enable leaders with exceptional communication skills.
