In this part-time role, you will provide Operational HR support, guidance, and advisory to managers on Employment Relations, Performance Management, and more. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Employment Relations Ensure fair and effective ER and performance management processes for all of NZ business (non-management employees). Provide day-to-day HR advice and support on legislative issues to Blenheim and Hawkes Bay managers. Organisational Development Assist with Culture Surveys, including preparation, launch, and result tracking for Blenheim and Hawkes Bay. Provide coaching and training on goal setting, performance reviews, difficult conversations, and culture for Vineyard Managers and Operations Supervisors. Other Assist with waged recruitment during the Vintage peak period (August to February) as required. Lead the Waged Pay Matrix Review with guidance from the line manager. Provide operational commentary for monthly leadership reports. About you At least 2 years of experience at HR advisory level. Experience managing employment relations such as undertaking disciplinaries and performance management. Organised, detail-oriented, and focused on accuracy.
