As a key member of the NZ HR Connect team and the wider NZ People Organisation team, you support the delivery of annual people lifecycle activities.Some of your responsibilities will include:Providing generalist guidance and support to our leaders and colleagues within a specific portfolio.Partnering with Centres of Excellence and the NZ People Partner to deliver the annual lifecycle activities.Supporting our people leaders with employment relation matters.Contributing to the delivery of the NZ People Team strategic and operational plan.Assisting with, providing support, and coaching our leaders on resourcing and headcount.Skills and experience that will lead to successYou will need to be degree qualified in a related field and have demonstrated ability in a generalist role.Experienced in general human resource processes and practices, with experience in handling ER matters.A sound understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and the capacity to develop, interpret, and apply relevant employment legislation.Have a high level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail.We're a Workday environment, so experience working with an enterprise HRIS would be ideal.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
