The HR team of this large, complex and successful business is looking for an HR Advisor to join them in this newly created, ER focused role. Mt Wellington location, hybrid work.

Here's what you'll be involved in Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll roll up your sleeves and dive in, helping managers through a range of employment relations issues including serious misconduct, attendance and performance, change, restructures and medical incapacity. You'll be actively building management capability as you expertly guide them through issues, from end to end.
Outside of ER, you'll be supporting other HR generalist processes and initiatives and coaching more junior members of the HR team. This is a complex, multi-site environment so you'll be providing both face-to-face and remote support. Effective engagement with a range of stakeholders will form part of your day-to-day activities. You'll be based in Mt Wellington and enjoy hybrid working.
Skills and experience you'll bring You are happy to work in a role where managing employment relations is your key focus, and guiding great outcomes is your goal. You have excellent communication skills, are resilient and happy to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In your previous HR generalist/ER specialist roles, you'll have gained significant experience handling end-to-end employment relations cases so can work efficiently and autonomously in this space.
Minimum Requirements To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have the right to work in New Zealand.
