They are a large and busy portfolio who are critical to the achievement of our business success.Reporting to one of two x Senior HR Business Partners, you will join a team of 5 x HR Advisors who support our leaders and team members across all people related processes and initiatives, including employment relations, building capability, and continuous improvement projects. There is plenty to get your teeth into and an opportunity to really broaden your HR experience.In addition, you will have the opportunity to shape how we work together, and with the business.We are looking for someone with:Experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally in a large and/or unionized environment.Strong HR knowledge, together with good business and commercial awareness.
