ASAP Start: Hit the ground running and make your mark immediately!What You'll Do: Generalist HR: Provide first-line HR advice on hiring, performance, engagement, attendance, and leavers while building strong relationships across the organisation.
Employee Relations: Support managers on performance, disciplinary matters, and employment issues, ensuring compliance with legislation, in partnership with the Head of People & Culture.
HR Policies & Procedures: Develop and maintain compliant policies and processes, document procedures, and align operations with best practices.
People & Culture Administration: Handle recruitment support, facilitate inductions, and manage payroll communication to ensure smooth HR operations.
Immigration & Visa Support: Assist with visa documentation, maintain a visa register, and ensure compliance with work visa requirements.
Process Management: Oversee internal HR systems, update People & Culture pages, and manage processes like parental leave requests.What We're Looking For: A go-getter with HR experience who loves being in the thick of the action.
Someone who thrives in an office-based role and enjoys face-to-face collaboration.
