Full-Time Role
Office-Based – Queenstown CBD
Salary Range: $58K - $68K
Key Responsibilities:
As our HR Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for a range of essential HR functions, including:
Recruitment Support
Managing job advertisements across multiple platforms (Seek, LinkedIn, Trade Me, Facebook).
Handling email applications, follow-ups, and tracking.
Supporting the organization of seasonal recruitment days.
Coordinating interviews and trial shifts with managers.
Contracts & Compliance
Facilitating contract signing and maintaining contract admin tasks.
Assisting with immigration/visa documentation and updates.
Staff Welfare & Engagement
Conducting check-ins with new starters and supporting their integration.
Assisting with payroll updates, final pay calculations, and bank holiday tracking.
Licensing & Training Support
Managing online LCQ and Manager's License applications/renewals.
Maintaining templates and trackers for licenses and certifications.
Staff Accommodation
Overseeing accommodation processes, tenancy agreements, and key bonds.
Conducting inspections and viewings for staff accommodation.
Ensuring smooth administration, tracking occupancy, and coordinating maintenance.
Republic Workforce Support
Managing client and staff databases, including employment contracts and availability.
Assisting with payroll processing and account administration for temporary placements.
Supporting the expansion of our workforce services by helping connect clients with skilled staff to meet their business needs.
Health & Safety Compliance
Supporting risk assessments for staff accommodation and venues.
New HR System Transition
Assisting with the transition to new HR systems, maintaining records and admin support.
Uniform Management
Organizing uniform tracking, orders, and distribution.
What You Bring:
1+ years of relevant experience
A qualification in the HR/Recruitment sector (desirable)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, and HR systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
