Utilising numerous patented acoustics and health technologies in areas like bone conduction and other related acoustic technology, Shokz aims to accelerate the development of their True Wireless Stereo ("TWS") series and their bone-conduction hearing aid product line.Job Scope:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to job demand analysis, recruitment channel selection, job posting, resume screening, telephone interview, on-site interview arrangement, background investigation, offer negotiation, etc., to ensure efficient recruitment and selection of outstanding talents.Maintain and expand recruitment channels, optimize recruitment process and improve recruitment efficiency.Work closely with departments to understand the needs of the departments and make reasonable recruitment plans.Responsible for induction, probation management, job transfer, promotion, resignation and other procedures of employees in compliance with laws and regulations.Participate in the performance management process, assist in the formulation of performance evaluation indicators, collect performance evaluation results, and provide basis for staff development.Participate in the setting, optimization, implementation and updating of HR policies and processes.Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with Singapore laws and regulations and are updated and adjusted in a timely manner.Responsible for daily office administration, such as office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, file management, etc.Assist in organizing company events and meetings.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.Job Requirements:2-4 years HR related working experience, familiar with Singapore HR regulations and related processes, familiar with Singapore Employment Act, etc.Comprehensive recruitment and interview skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels.Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.Good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong learning ability and self-drive.Positive and optimistic attitude, passion for sports, strong team spirit, and ability to work under pressure.Proficient in both Chinese and English.Experience in the technology industry is preferred.Contact Information:Contact Person: Leon Li (HR Manager)Email: ****** Website: shokz.com
