Visionwest's Community Housing service is actively addressing the issue of homeless in New Zealand by providing safe, quality, affordable rental accommodation for low-income families who cannot access Government-supplied accommodation or afford a private rental.
Mo te turanga | About the role As part of our housing operations team, you will provide the back office administrative and operational support to our teams, so that they can focus on working directly with whanau in need.
Key responsibilities of the Housing Administrator role include:
Tenancy administration – invoicing, managing repairs and maintenance, record keeping and tracking payments from tenants.Credit card reconciliation.General administration – event coordination, travel planning, correspondence, reporting and responding to queries.Onboarding – working with the recruitment tam to onboard new staff.Reception cover when needed.As an experienced administrator you will have great attention to detail and understand how to manage confidential information in an appropriate way.
Skills and experience we are looking for include: Previous administration and coordination experience preferred.Computer literacy especially with the Microsoft suite.Strong interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.He aha tau e whiwhi ai? | What's in it for you?
