Platinum Queenstown Luxury Villas is a 36-three-bedroom five-star apartment property located on Fernhill. We are seeking applications for a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor. We are increasing our supervisor team, and if you are keen to deliver a high standard of cleaning, hospitality is your passion, and you want to be rewarded for your efforts, we would like to hear from you.
As a hands-on position, you must demonstrate a willingness to not only direct the team but to work alongside the housekeeping team ensuring their success. Leading confidently by example and maintaining a high standard across all aspects of our operation.
Key Attributes
Previous experience in a similar position and property.Demonstrate a high-level of cleaning ability.Excellent organisation and communication skills including basic PC skills.Ability to train, motivate and lead a happy productive team.Specific tasks will include, but not limited to:
Ensure all daily arrival villas are presented to the highest standard.In the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, coordinate the daily work allocation for the housekeeping team and conduct the morning briefing ensuring the housekeeping team is aware of the day's activities.Carry out daily villa inspections for quality assurance.Ensure appropriate levels of cleaning chemicals, room and linen supplies along with additional villa replacement items are maintained.Manage effective means of cost control across all areas, including villa heating and lights.Maintain high cleaning and productivity standards aligning with our company guidelines.Ensure all team members maintain and adhere to all health and safety policies.We are a small supportive team offering excellent pay rates, paid breaks and regular rewards, all in a property you will be proud to join.
The position includes weekends and public holidays.
