Housekeeping Supervisor

We, Bella Vista Queenstown (36 Robins Road), are recruiting efficient, motivated, hardworking, and friendly Housekeeping staff to join our amazing team on a permanent basis or for a fixed term.The ideal candidate would have experience of working in either a Motel or Hotel and have a very good eye for detail as we have very high cleaning standards.Key tasks & ResponsibilitiesChecking rooms.Ensuring the efficient and effective day to day operations of the Housekeeping Department and working with the housekeeping and laundry to ensure the current high degree of cleanliness and maintenance across all areas of the property as a Qualmark 4-star property.Ensuring the communication between Housekeeping and Reception is clear and concise on a daily basis and bearing in mind all guests' requirements and needs in coordination with the DM of the day.Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, dusting and vacuuming.Restocking supplies, including linen and cleaning supplies.Cleaning outsaid, car park, garden, stairs and corridor.EligibilitiesMust hold a New Zealand open visa & currently residing in NZ.Flexibility to work on a rotation roster, including weekends and public holidays.Previous experience at least 1 years as a housekeeper supervisor.A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.Physically fit.You must be able to communicate verbal and write in English.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Employee discountSchedule:Day shiftPublic holidaysRotating rosterWeekend availabilityApplication Deadline: 30/06/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
