In addition, you will be responsible for:RecruitmentMaintaining high standards of suites and public areasLeadership of the Housekeeping TeamManagement of an on-site laundry operationHealth & safety (including chemical registers)Departmental financial controls (forecasting, budget preparation, labour and supplies)About You:The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to use their initiative. Financial acumen, reporting, computer skills, rostering and the ability to place orders based on inventory needs are essential.Candidates should have previous Housekeeping Management experience at a luxury hotel or lodge, a proven record of training and developing strong housekeeping teams, and evidence of an uncompromising attention to detail.
