The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Housekeeping & Laundry Manager to lead our committed and long-serving team.
The Housekeeping & Laundry Manager role is part of the management team at Braemar Hospital and is responsible for leading and managing a team of approximately 11 FTE. Key responsibilities include overseeing day to day operations and resource management and maintaining a quality compliant environment. The role reports to the General Manager, Commercial Services.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have previous management or senior supervisory experience with a cleaning and/or laundry workforce. Experience in a hotel or healthcare environment would be an advantage. Have demonstrated experience training staff and managing to quality standards. Have effective communication skills. Have a strong attention to detail with a process-oriented approach.
