About the role:
Fable Dunedin Hotel is an award-winning luxury hotel in the heart of Dunedin Central. Fable Dunedin won an Excellence Award in five categories at the Haute Grandeur Global Award 2022 . The hotel has also won Best Hotel at the Lion Hospitality NZ Award and Excellence in Service at the Grand South Awards 2022.
Fable Dunedin is having an exciting opportunity for a passionate Housekeeping Attendant to join our hardworking Housekeeping team in delivering 5-star quality service to our guests.
Perform all necessary housekeeping activities to ensure guest rooms are serviced
Ensure guest comfort at all times
Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently
Assist the hotel in monitoring stocks and maintaining productivity
Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times
Contribute to making the Hotel a great place to work
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience working in a housekeeping team or similar (preferable)
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
Physically fit to carry out Housekeeping tasks
Excellent attention to detail
High standards of presentation both for yourself and your work
Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
Pride in your work
