We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new motel and are looking to hire a dedicated, friendly, and reliable Housekeeper/Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure guest rooms, common areas, and facilities are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and clean bathrooms and kitchens.
Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
Assist in laundry and other cleaning-related duties as needed.
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
Check in/check out guests, process reservations, and handle any special requests or inquiries.
Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient front desk operation, ensuring all guest needs are met in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing top-tier service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software a plus.
