Housekeeper

Koura Apartments – Queenstown, South Island
Koura Apartments is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our team in Queenstown. This is a full-time position of 30 hours, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our luxury serviced apartments.
What you'll be doing
Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas and amenities to the highest standards
Restocking supplies and linens as required
Adhering to all health and safety protocols
Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
Assisting with laundry duties as needed
Collaborating with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar cleaning/hospitality role
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Must be available to work on weekends
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently, as part of a team and on own
Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques
