Timaruhas very few Registrars competing for clinical experience, allowing directone-to-one interactions with Consultants. You will get to participate fully in theatrecases assisting alongside the relevant Surgeon. The surgical runs also include several subspecialties(Pain, Ophthalmology, Dental and ENT).
Thetraining environment supports a wide variety of specialities and there areweekly, protected teaching sessions and Hospital Grand Rounds, along withaccess to specific courses such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Plus, you will have the support of a dedicatedSenior Doctor.
