We are looking for House Leader for Alnwick House located in the close knit community of Warkworth, North Auckland.
We have 4 young people between the ages of 25 - 30years. The ladies require full support personal cares including bathing and toileting. They love to get out and about for a typical 'girls day out' shopping and having coffee at the local café.
Over the weekends they enjoy spending time on their tablets, watching movies, doing jigsaw puzzles or home activities such as doing their hair. During the week the group attends day programmes. Their families drop by at any time and are very involved with the care and support of their loved ones.
Our House Leader role combines support work and engages with the families and support the team in the home. Working and gaining guidance from your Service Coordinator you would be supervising to ensure an efficient and effective successful service to people we support in a community home.
