Well here is your opportunity! Step up into our House Lead role and show your leadership working Wednesday to Sunday 1445-2315 – 40 hours per week. The hourly rate ranges from $29.50 - $35.00 depending on experience. About the role: Your days will involve guiding and empowering your self-led team to provide residents with the comforts and security of home that demonstrates resident-centered care. You will provide leadership, support, and coaching alongside the registered nurse team and will be the first point of contact if a team member is unable to work as rostered. With support and coaching from the senior and registered nurse team, you will manage your direct reports on a daily basis ensuring that staff and/or performance issues are attended to without delay. You will monitor attendance, unscheduled absences, and leave requests. Arranging and facilitating team meetings, assist with resident & family meetings. You will also orientate all new caregivers to ensure they work as part of the team.
