House Cleaner/Gardner/Odd Jobs

Person wanted with ideal timing being from now to the beginning of December. Can be flexible with dates.
We are looking for someone who is able to:
Be at the main house to look after and help with cleaning of the house and light gardening duties. Responsibilities would include: vacuuming; cleaning/dusting; preparing lunches, dinners; mowing lawns; weeding; etc. May also require other household duties such as painting/cleaning vehicles and looking after two dogs.
In return for the help, we will provide full board which includes accommodation, food, and utilities.
Location: North Otago (20 mins from Oamaru).
MUST HAVE: references if requested. Ability to drive in NZ is preferable.
