Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve store sales targets on a monthly basis.
Increase foot traffic into your store.
Build the brand presence in your local area - We love new ideas!
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, competitors, etc., to become a trusted advisor to our customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed.
Coordinate and execute in-store promotions and events.
Qualifications: Proven experience in luxury or high-ticket sales or a good background in a retail/sales environment.
Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Hubspot (preferred) .
Business development and marketing skills.
A passion for the sales industry, a self-motivator, and a strategic thinker.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Weekend work is required as Saturday and Sunday are our busiest times.
- Weekend hours: 10 am - 4 pm.
- Weekday hours: 9 am - 5 pm.
- Minimum of 36 hours per week required; 40-hour per week salary.
