Hotels Sales Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven person to join our team in the Hotels Sales Coordinator role. Responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and hotel sales team in promotion of the hotels and selling of the SkyCity precinct by taking the lead on key administrative duties and analysis.
Responsibilities: Answering queries, sending and following up on proposals
Loading VIP reservations into Opera
Assisting and supporting the wider sales and groups team with general administration tasks
Qualifications: Be a customer focused individual
Ability to multitask
Happy to pitch in and help
Ideally have experience with the Opera system
