Our facility comprises 24 hostel units and a manager's house.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our hostel.
This role necessitates residing on the property to ensure seamless management and the provision of high-quality service to our occupants.The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and functions of the hostel to ensure it runs as efficiently as possible while providing excellent service and support to occupants.
This includes regular room servicing, laundering, and maintaining the facility and grounds to high standards.
Additionally, the supervisor will manage and coordinate private contractors.
Given that the facility primarily houses migrant workers, the role also involves providing pastoral care and support to help occupants acclimate to their new environment.The Accommodation Supervisor will manage all hostel activities, handle office duties, and oversee budgets and expenses.
Responsibilities include room servicing, maintaining the grounds, and ensuring cleanliness.
The supervisor will address occupant issues, enforce tenancy rules, oversee security, and ensure health and safety compliance.
Additionally, the role involves managing inventory, inspecting vacant rooms, and providing support for migrant occupants.The ideal candidate will be proactive and organized with a hands-on approach and have at least three years of relevant experience in accommodation or property management.
Strong organizational skills, a positive and proactive mindset, good computer skills, and a commitment to health and safety are also required.
