Role Overview Provide both operational and strategic direction to the Hotel Management team, inspiring your team to achieve their goals.
Manage owner relationships strategically and be an exceptional brand representative.
Oversee business planning, sales and marketing strategies, and the annual budget to ensure hotel profitability.
Drive long-term success by maximising revenue and yield opportunities across all operational areas.
Continuously analyse departmental performance to enhance productivity, quality, competitiveness, and service standards.
Mentor, coach, and develop the management team.
Supervise conferencing and event services to ensure seamless execution and outstanding guest experiences.
Ensure a premium hotel experience at every guest interaction throughout the property.
Qualifications Extensive experience as a Hotel/Operations Manager.
Demonstrated expertise in budget planning, financial controls, and operational management.
Proven leadership experience with a focus on Conferencing & Events.
Maintaining high product and service standards.
Skilled in building and maintaining high-level owner and stakeholder relationships.
Positive, energetic attitude with a confident, entrepreneurial spirit.
