We're certainly going places and to support our expanding portfolio across New Zealand with our recent exciting partnership with Heritage Hotels, we're on the lookout for a Hotel General Manager to lead our team at the Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown .
Overlooking the Remarkable Mountain range and rising from the waters of Lake Wakatipu, the Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown offers 175 rooms, 7 conference rooms and a restaurant and bar.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Oversee the daily operations and performance of the hotel including all departments and team members, ensuring smooth running and exemplary guest service.
Implement strategies relevant to cost minimisation, productivity maximisation and guest satisfaction.
Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key team members for further development and structured career pathing.
Prepare and review budgets and forecasts, managing and chasing debtors, overseeing orders, and conducting audits within company policy and procedures.
Drive increased F&B, MICE and C&E revenue to exceed budgets and KPI's.
About You:
Minimum 6+ years' experience as a hotel resort general manager, with either current or previous New Zealand experience (175+ keys, MICE, C&E and F&B).
An inspirational leader with experience leading a team in a customer service environment.
Thorough understanding of all areas of hospitality business operations, with strong financial acumen.
Demonstrated experience implementing strategies and driving growth.
Strong F&B experience, with the ability to grow and develop new products.
High level of MICE and C&E experience with demonstrated examples of exceeding KPI's.
High standards of attention to detail and communication (written & verbal).
Exceptional stakeholder and owner engagement.
Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
You must have Working Rights for New Zealand.
