Your commitment to delivering exceptional service, coupled with your genuine care for our guests, will shine through in every department you work.Primary ResponsibilitiesYour role encompasses several key areas, working within a diverse team to ensure an exceptional guest experience:Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, crucial to creating an outstanding first impression.Using cleaning materials and chemicals with care, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.Offering personalised food and beverage suggestions, whether in our outlets or during events, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.Proactively sourcing information to expand your product knowledge.Being the go-to source for information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems.From check-in to check-out, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay.Confidently communicating with both guests and colleagues, enabling seamless teamwork.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a customer-facing hospitality role is a plus.Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory.Genuine passion for guest care, engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.Strong work ethic, reliable and a commitment to excellence.Your problem-solving skills and unwavering positivity come into play when challenges arise, as you transform obstacles into opportunities.At Accor, we welcome you as you are.
