Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant or Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling restaurant & small hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, wait staff, and bartenders

Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency

Train new employees on food safety practices and customer service standards

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally

Perform check ins and check outs for hotel guests

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry

Excellent team management and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry

Qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts would be advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £10.47-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
