The Role: As a Luxury Salesperson & Retail Host, you will be the face of the brand, providing an exceptional, tailored shopping experience to each customer.
Your main responsibilities will be to: Welcome and engage clients with a warm, professional demeanour.
Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend the perfect products.
Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations with expert knowledge.
Maintain a high standard of product presentation and store aesthetics.
Handle VIP appointments, special events, and client follow-ups to foster long-term loyalty.
Achieve sales targets while upholding the brand's values and service standards.
Keep up-to-date with product lines, luxury trends, and store promotions.
Work closely with the team to enhance the overall customer journey.
Oversee the sales floor, lend support during peak times, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Expertise: Maximize sales opportunities by offering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and exceeding sales targets.
Client Experience: Provide a welcoming and luxurious experience from the moment a customer steps into the store until the time they leave.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products, trends, and collections, sharing this knowledge to enhance the client experience.
Store Presentation: Ensure that the store is pristine, with impeccable merchandising and display of products.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, keeping them informed about new arrivals, special events, and promotions.
Requirements: Proven experience in luxury retail, sales, or hospitality.
Strong passion for luxury fashion, goods, and exceptional customer service.
Ability to create and maintain client relationships.
High-level communication skills, with a polished and professional appearance.
A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to work towards targets.
A personable, proactive, and positive approach.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
