As a Hospitality Professional you will be a specialist in the Front Office department. You will also be a generalist in all entry-level front of house and back of house roles.As a Hospitality Professional - Porter, you will work together with our Front Office team to provide an unforgettable guest experience. The team is responsible for the organization and smooth running of all processes in the hotel lobby.Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:Welcome our guests on arrival and assist them throughout their stayShow guests to their rooms and explain the amenities and emergency proceduresPrepare the lobby information boardSafely valet guest cars and drive hotel complementary shuttle serviceKeep up-to-date with hotel and local services and eventsProvide support to the Concierge as requiredWhat are we looking for?We are looking for a suitable candidate who can cover this position from July 2024 onwards.
