Waiheke is famous for its wonderful beaches, fishing, bush walks, vineyards, and restaurants.THE OPPORTUNITYAs General Manager, you'll lead our talented team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving business performance. From managing day-to-day operations to contributing to strategic growth, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in an environment that celebrates world-class wine, outstanding cuisine, and breathtaking scenery.What You'll Do:Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional hospitality (restaurant, cellar door, private rooms, luxury accommodation).Oversee daily operations across the restaurant, cellar door, luxury accommodation and event spaces.Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and improve guest satisfaction.Build strong relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, hospitality expertise, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. This is a great role for an experienced manager who is ready to step up.What We're Looking For:Experience: At least 5 years in a senior hospitality leadership role (min.
