Purpose As Hospitality All Rounder, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, seamlessly transitioning between the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage department. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service, coupled with your genuine care for our guests, will shine through in each department you work.
Primary Responsibilities Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, all to ensure an exceptional first impression. Use cleaning materials and chemicals with care, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure environment. Offer personalised food and beverage suggestions, whether in our outlets or during events, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. Proactively source information to expand your product knowledge. Be the go-to source for information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems. Confidently communicate with both guests and colleagues enabling seamless teamwork. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role is a plus. Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory. Genuine passion for guest care, engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals. Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays. Strong work ethic, reliable and a commitment to excellence.
