The Hospital Manager will ensure safe delivery of services and smooth running of the community services. Leading on both the clinical governance and CQC compliance within the locations. You will be an effective leader and manage the teams in the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of clinical care.At CHEC we focus on providing the highest quality patient centric care, participating in the entire pathway for patients. Location : Dorset Locations- Poundbury, Westbourne and Christchurch Job description Job responsibilities Ensuring that the service meets the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC Fundamental Standards.Oversee and the coordinate colleagues across all community clinics, as well as ensuring good communication and links with all stakeholders. Ensure the service delivery is implemented and maintained to meet Quality Assurance policy standards.Work in line to meet all contractual requirements are met and that any new business opportunities / service expansion opportunities are maximised. Regularly review Quality and Safety, Governance and Risk, Operational Performance, and other statutory and mandatory key performance indicators at site level to ensure all areas are performing and monitored. Maintenance of equipment and stock.Compliance with unit clinical audits and monitor effectively. Who we are looking for : Current or previous healthcare registration with a registered body is preferred. Experience managing clinical teams and working with clinicians.Experience managing remote services is also preferred. Managing patient feedback, including complaints.
