Kingslea School can provide an opportunity for you to extend your teaching skills with our rangatahi in very small classrooms of up to only 10 taiohi in Tamaki Makaurau/Auckland. We provide education for rangatahi at Korowai Manaaki – Youth Justice Residence. This is an extremely rewarding environment with the ability to develop and adapt your teaching skills.

We are looking for a primary trained teacher to work in a small team of amazing teachers – knowledge of tikanga and te reo is an advantage.

This position requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills – this must be accompanied by a passion for making a difference with rangatahi – particularly Maori and Pasifika tane.
Usual PPTA/MOE conditions and pay scales apply.
