Home Support Worker Salary: £12.45 per hour Location: Killearn Are you passionate about helping and supporting the elderly members of your local community?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are currently seeking dedicated support workers to cover Killearn and the surrounding villages in the G63 area.
Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families Driving company vehicles to visit clients (valid UK driving licence essential) Ideal Candidate: Compassionate and caring individual with a genuine desire to make a difference Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential Must have a valid UK driving licence Benefits: Competitive salary of £12.45 per hour Paid travel time Pension contribution Company car or mileage allowance Paid training and opportunities for career development Flexible working options (part-time/full-time/bank) Support to gain SVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care, and other qualifications Access to office and staff facilities Join our team and become part of a supportive and rewarding environment where every staff member matters.
