As a team, we take a collaborative approach and have a working environment where all ideas are heard, evaluated, and tested against our leading goal - to be the world's most human-centred appliance brand.We've been busy growing our home installation capability in HVAC (Home Ventilation & Air conditioning) and are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our Global Sales Team to support our customers in the New Zealand and Australian markets, working Monday to Friday between 9am to 5.30pm.Your Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of customer interactions through our email queues and phone calls, consistently providing an outstanding customer experience.Scheduling of customer orders.Work with Customer Success Leads who manage project timeframes.Manage and maintain all purchase orders and invoicing.Be a great team player and offer support to our other sales support teams when required to achieve our targets.What you will bring:Proven Customer Service, Project or Sales Coordinator Experience, ideally in the construction industry.Scheduling experience using JDE or SAP is advantageous.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Be self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and be very well organized.Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage.If you have one or all of these skills/experiences/attributes, then we want to hear from you!Join a passionate, inclusive, and supportive team.
