Whakatane and Tauranga locationsAbout the RoleNote: this role is likely not suitable for CAP graduates as it will require an experienced nurse to step in and fulfill these duties.As a Home Care Services (HCS) Co-ordinator, you will provide clinical oversight and coordinate care services for clients.
